It was founded in 2002. It was originally called Ardshininvestbank. In November 2014, it was renamed Ardshinbank CJSC. The bank has ratings from three international rating agencies: S&P Global Ratings, Moody’s and Fitch. He is a participant in the securities market of the Republic of Armenia and an agent in the government bond markets
