In May 2024, at the general meeting of shareholders, it was decided to increase the authorized capital of Fast Bank by AMD 10 billion. This decision was implemented by the bank’s shareholders, Vahe and Vigen Badalyan, while maintaining an equal distribution of shares between them.

Fast Bank started its activity in the financial sector of Armenia on April 1, 1994. Initially, the organization functioned as a pawnshop, providing collateral lending services. On October 14, 2011, the company was registered as a credit institution under the name Fast Credit Capital (UCO CJSC), expanding the range of its financial services. On November 9, 2022, Fast Credit received a banking license and was renamed Fast Bank (CJSC), officially becoming a commercial bank.
